After looking at this home and setting a laser on it we found that one corner of this home is 4" lower than the rest of it. This home has swags and high spots all through it along with nowhere near enough support. If you look closely you can see the mortar between the brick piers is almost gone leaving large gaps, and a brick actually missing. Seeings this home is in an active earthquake area it has continued to settle and loose structural integrity over the years. The other real problem is the inconsistency of the type of pier under the home.
