What is the difference between a Re-Level and a Tune-Up???
I can answer this in only one way, a tune up does nothing. We can come out get under your home and bang on the frame for a while and try to sell you everything in the book from Lock-Tops to New Piers to New Pads and then collect anywhere from $79 to $120 dollars and be on our way. If thats what you want call the guys in The Flyer or some other publication who offer this and go happily along your way.
If you really want a Re-Level call us. We will come out and inspect your foundation free of charge and then let you know if we feel as though it needs anything. If it does fine and if not fine.We have been called to numerous homes that needed nothing, it was more a case of the homeowner needing some piece of mind.Keep in mind that we inspect homes for engineers to see if the home meets HUD,FHA and VA requirements for certifications.The point is we will come and check it free of charge and we also take pictures under the home to show you exactly what is going on.We inspect each home on a case by case basis.9 times out of 10 unless you are having issues with your home such as doors not closing correctly, doors not fitting properly,or doors swinging when you let them go, you more than likely have no problems.If you are having issues with your floors squeaking this is normally not a leveling issue. The floors in your home are nailed or stapled down then bolted to the frame at the factory during production and these tend to work loose. We can normally fix this from the underside of your home as to not disturb the flooring in your home.
As for pricing I know everybody likes to call and get a price right away,but without seeing it we cannot price it, think of having a tooth ache and calling your dentist and asking "Do I need a Filling or a Root Canal?" well I think you will have to see the dentist first,and besides its free to you for us to see it.
